It’ll be a
tense time for Production Manager Lynne Dixon until the 16th of this
month – she’s one of just four finalists nominated as Manufacturing Business
Woman of the Year at the Forward Ladies Women in Business 2012 Awards!
Forward Ladies
work with women from all stages and sectors of professional life, and are
dedicated to encouraging the growth and development of women in business and
professional life. Their annual Awards celebrate the achievements of
professional women in the North West of England, the Isle of Man, Yorkshire and
Humber.
Lynne’s
successful nomination is based on her achievements in terms of overcoming
adversity during the economic downturn, helping to reshape the strategic
direction of the business and implementing innovative ideas developed that have
yielded commercial benefits.
The Award
winners will be announced at a luncheon to be held at the Queen’s Hotel in
Leeds – best of luck to Lynne, we’re all waiting to celebrate!
