On Friday 30th May Sidhil held their very own bake off in aid of raising money for the forget me not trust
All staff wore casual dress for a small fee and spent the day munching on home made cakes in between the frivolity we sold a few hospital beds! (honest James... We were busy!!)
Our entries were:
Vicki G - Cheese and Fruit scones - Very tasty
James C- Chocolate brownies - Melted in your mouth
Estelle - Chocolate Cake and Carrot cake - Both very delicious
Lynn R - Chocolate cake with a mint cream filling - What a treat!
Sarah G - Carrot and walnut cake - Brought our taste buds alive
Our master baker was Estelle in our service team with her amazing chocolate cake
Estelle was presented with a voucher of her choice.
Well done Estelle.
We raised a brilliant £75.00 and not a single crumb was left at the end of the day!

Forget me not are a charity that supports children with life shortening conditions and their families in the West Yorkshire area. Their focus is to do everything they can to make children happier and more fulfilled while they are with us, however long or short that may be and to give support to their families.
